Relocation is a change in the residence of the child that causes issues with the nonrelocating parent's ability to see the child. Parents may want to move with their children, but the Court doesn’t always allow it.
In this podcast episode, Family Law partner John Zurzola talks about the impact of relocating a child and the process a court goes through. He walks through the different factors of what the court considers and how it determines child custody relocation.
